Where to find the Power Rod room - ARC Raiders

While typically used to craft Heavy Shields and the Snap Hook, the Power Rod can be used to open a door in ARC Raiders.

The Power Rod is a rare item most often used to craft endgame gear. However, there is a Power Rod room that can only be unlocked using one of these items. It can be worthwhile finding this door and looting the room, as you could walk away with blueprints, especially on a night raid.

Where to find the Power Rod room

The Power Rod room is on Dam Battlegrounds on the lower east part of the Power Generation Complex. You can reach this by taking a zipline on the outside of the complex up to a little window and into a room. Go through the door on your left to find the locked door. The Power Rod is used on the panel to the left of the door, like a keycard.

You can also drop down into the long corridor that runs along the Power Generation Complex to reach the room. Go to the eastern end and enter through the door on your right. As above, go through the next door to find the Power Rod door.

The Power Rod room has a bunch of red lockers along the wall and there’s a chance some better containers might spawn. Obviously, going there during a night raid, Electromagnetic Storm, or other event will offer a higher chance at better gear.
