by COLlive Editor · COLliveAs summer approaches, Lubavitch Yeshiva is preparing for another exciting season of its popular summer program for older boys who remain home during the summer months.
The camp was created to give boys the opportunity to enjoy all the excitement, friendships, and experiences of a full summer camp while remaining local and returning home each night.
Each day begins with Chassidus, Shacharis, learning, and a strong focus on creating a warm Chassidishe atmosphere. Throughout the summer, campers enjoy a full schedule of activities, trips, sports, special events, BBQs, late nights, and meaningful programs designed to keep them engaged, active, and inspired.
This year, the camp is excited to expand its learning curriculum with the addition of Yimei Chabad, giving boys the opportunity to learn Chabad history in greater depth and strengthen their appreciation as Chassidim.
The new program builds on last year’s successful “My Hero” project, where each camper researched an ancestor from his own family, presented his findings, and shared the lessons and inspiration he hopes to carry forward in his own life.
One of the unique features of the camp is that many of the outings are done by bicycle, allowing boys to stay active and enjoy the outdoors throughout the summer. The goal is to provide a complete summer experience filled with learning, friendship, adventure, and personal growth.
For parents looking for a meaningful summer option that combines Torah, Chassidus, exciting activities, and a positive environment, Lubavitch Yeshiva’s summer program offers boys the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of camp while sleeping at home.
