Oholei Torah Welcomes Its Littlest Talmidim
Oholei Torah began the new year with the launch of a program for 2 year olds at each of their Preschool sites, welcoming the Yeshiva’s littlest talmidim.
by COLlive Editor · COLliveFrom its inception, Oholei Torah has been guided by the mission of providing Chinuch Al Taharas HaKodesh in an environment rooted in Torah, Yiras Shamayim, and Chassidishe values. The Rebbe repeatedly emphasized the importance of beginning chinuch as early as possible, when children are especially impressionable and receptive to positive influences.
For many years, it has been the dream and vision of Oholei Torah to provide a fully immersive Chinuch Al Taharas HaKodesh experience from cradle to chuppah, throughout the entire year, winter and summer. Today, the Yeshiva took another significant step toward fulfilling that vision with the opening of its new two year old program.
One new class opened at each of Oholei Torah’s Preschool sites, welcoming the Yeshiva’s littlest talmidim as they took their first steps in a lifetime of Torah and Chassidishe chinuch. At this foundational stage, the values, habits, and experiences introduced to a child can help shape his lifelong connection to Torah and Yiddishkeit.
The thoughtfully designed classrooms feature furniture, materials, and play areas created especially for children of this age. Every detail provides a safe, comfortable, and engaging setting where the boys can explore, develop, and experience the warmth and joy of Yeshiva.
Preschool Director Morah Rishi Bendet, together with 407 Site Director Miss Mushky Sanowicz and 667 Site Director Mrs. Sara Kievman, invested a tremendous amount of thought, care, and hard work into preparing the new classrooms and creating a program tailored to this younger age group. Special appreciation is also extended to the Oholei Torah Operations Team for its dedicated work in transforming the spaces and ensuring that every detail was ready to welcome the talmidim.
Under the loving care of their warm and dedicated Morahs, the boys are being introduced to familiar routines, songs, play, and the foundations of Chassidishe chinuch in an environment filled with patience and affection.
The opening of these new classes reflects Oholei Torah’s commitment to accompanying each talmid from his earliest years and throughout his journey in Yeshiva. From cradle to chuppah, Oholei Torah remains dedicated to nurturing generations of talmidim with Torah, Yiras Shamayim, and Chassidishe values.
