by COLlive Editor · COLliveWith deep gratitude to Hashem and with the Rebbe’s brachos, Mikvah.org is proud to mark the upcoming second anniversary of its Taharas Hamishpacha PURE Helpline—a confidential, woman-to-woman resource that has already helped over a thousand women receive guidance, clarity, and support in this vital area of Yiddishkeit.
Since its launch, the PURE Helpline has provided women with a safe, discreet, and welcoming space to ask questions relating to Taharas Hamishpacha and receive immediate assistance. Calls are answered by experienced, certified Kallah Teachers who help women determine which questions can be addressed through education and experience, and which require the involvement of a Rav. When needed, the Helpline facilitates access to Rabbonim on call during hours of the helpline, ensuring each woman receives the appropriate halachic guidance.
The Helpline is fully confidential—the teachers do not know the identity of the caller—allowing women to ask their questions openly and comfortably. This accessibility and sensitivity have made the Helpline an invaluable resource for women at all stages of life, helping them feel supported, informed, and empowered.
The Taharas Hamishpacha Helpline operates under Rabbinic endorsement by a committee of prominent Chabad Rabbonim. For full transparency, including details about who answers the calls, Rabbinic endorsements, and the weekly schedule, visit mikvah.org/helpline.
As we celebrate two years of meaningful impact, Mikvah.org encourages women to make use of this vital resource and to share it with others who may benefit
