Crown Heights United PAC Announces Endorsements
Crown Heights United has announced its endorsements for the upcoming election for Governor, Assemblymember, Senator and more.
by COLlive Editor · COLliveCrown Heights United is pleased to announce its endorsements for the upcoming election:
Governor Kathy Hochul for reelection. Her decision to opt New York into the federal scholarship tax credit program will benefit our schools and families and help lower yeshiva tuition costs. We hope it will encourage other states to follow her lead. She has also remained an outspoken supporter of Israel since October 7 and was among the first governors to visit Israel following the attacks, demonstrating solidarity in an increasingly hostile political climate.
Assemblymember Brian Cunningham for reelection. A longtime friend of our community, he has consistently been accessible and responsive to our needs.
State Senator Zellnor Myrie for reelection.
Attorney General Letitia James for reelection. A Crown Heights native, a lifelong friend and ally of the Crown Heights Jewish community and a leader in the fight against antisemitism
State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli for reelection. He has stood firmly behind investments in Israel at a time when others are pulling back. The New York Post reported that DiNapoli pledged to continue investing in Israel Bonds and is looking to make additional investments.
Crown Heights United brings together several community askonim, including veteran advocates. The group has been endorsing candidates since 2013.
