by COLlive Editor · COLliveIn connection with Chai Elul, the Vaad Hatmimim has launched its annual campaign, calling upon Anash around the world to stand behind the Rebbe’s bochurim.
One hundred and twenty-nine years ago, the Rebbe Rashab founded Tomchei Temimim to raise generations of Chassidim who would devote themselves to the Rebbe’s mission. Today’s bochurim are carrying that responsibility forward, preparing themselves to become the future fathers, Shluchim, rebbeim and leaders of our communities.
During these important years, the Vaad is there for them.
For one bochur, that means mastering a sicha through Halikut. For another, it means being able to spend Tishrei by the Rebbe with a bed to sleep in and hot meals each day. It may be a meaningful Shabbos at the Ohel, a new suit through Tomchei Bochurim, support while serving as a Shliach in Yeshiva, or a program that brings an important day in Dor Hashvi’i to life.
Through Halikut, Hanachos, Tishrei, Yud Shevat at the Ohel, Yud Aleph Nissan, Gimmel Tammuz, Tomchei Bochurim and its many other programs, the Vaad works throughout the year to strengthen the learning, hiskashrus and wellbeing of the bochurim .
Now, the Vaad is asking you to stand behind this work.
The campaign is now live, and every contribution will directly help the Vaad continue providing the programs and support upon which so many bochurim rely. A strong start will ensure that the Vaad can continue being there whenever a bochur needs it.
Please join the campaign today with a meaningful donation, and encourage your family and friends to do the same.
Our bochurim are on the front lines of Milchemes Beis Dovid. Let us make sure they know that we stand behind them.
