Chabad Boys Academy Is Igniting Neshamos in Jerusalem

What does it mean to be a teenage boy in today’s Chabad community? For some, it’s the well-trodden path of traditional yeshivos and schooling. What does it mean to be a teenage boy in today’s Chabad community? For some, it’s the well-trodden path of traditional yeshivos and schooling. For others, it’s an individual journey—a quest for inspiration, authenticity, and connections beyond the conventional. Chabad Boys Academy (CBA) was created for exactly these boys.

Nestled in the heart of Jerusalem, CBA offers a unique blend of Israel’s profound spirituality, structured programming, and the warmth of a close-knit family environment. Our balanced schedule combines a daily routine with exciting weekly trips, engaging farbrengens, and meaningful opportunities to build a deep sense of accomplishment.

“The reason we founded CBA was to provide a much needed place for Chabad teenagers who want to learn and be inspired in Israel,” co-founder and director Yehuda Lipkind says. “We’re here for all of Chabad’s teens, the one giving yeshiva his one last try, and the one continuing his search for a genuine connection to Yiddishkeit and Chassidus.”

Lipkind says “the Yeshiva’s goals are to provide positive and inspiring Jewish experiences to our students, to encourage these young men to lead vibrant Jewish lives based on the fundamentals of Chabad Chassidus, and to help them build relationships with staff and shluchim that will last a lifetime.

“Our goals developed from observing the difficulties that many teens from Lubavitcher homes are facing; namely apathy, and uninspired lifestyles,” he says. “Through the connection and excitement only found here in Eretz Yisroel, we are able to reignite their souls.

CBA’s dedicated staff guiding these teens through personal growth and meaningful relationships. In an environment of constant encouragement and positive energy, students connect to the joy of Yiddishkeit—sometimes for the very first time. Through lively farbrengens, back-to-basics style classes, hikes through the land of Israel, and monthly Shabbatons, our students evolve into young men who take ownership of their relationship with Hashem.

Alum Yisroel Goldstein of Boca Raton says the program transformed his entire worldview. “I came to CBA not knowing my place in the Jewish world…but that has changed since I joined the yeshiva. If I messed up or backslid, instead of obsessing over what I did wrong or trying to hide it in shame, I had shluchim and teachers to help me move forward and learn from it. I learned what Chabad stands for; love, support, and a helping hand to those in need without judgment.”

The transformation is nothing short of miraculous. By the end of the year, the boys’ immense personal growth, renewed attitudes, and sense of purpose are evident—not just to their families, but to themselves. They leave CBA as changed individuals, equipped to face the world with strength, faith, and confidence.

Today, CBA is holding a campaign to help them continue their transformative work. Your support will enable them to provide this life-changing experience to more boys who are searching for guidance and connection.

Donate today and be a part of shaping the next generation of proud, vibrant Jewish men. Your contribution will help us continue to inspire, transform, and uplift young souls—one boy at a time.
