DiveMeg Officially Launches at MIDE 2026, Leading the Digital Revolution in the Diving Industry

DiveMeg, an innovative all-in-one digital platform designed to transform the way divers and dive centres connect, operate, and engage, was officially launched today during the 20th Anniversary of the Malaysia International Dive Expo (MIDE 2026).

The launch marks a significant milestone for the diving industry as DiveMeg introduces a comprehensive digital ecosystem that brings together bookings, dive centre operations, equipment management, financial administration, safety monitoring, diver engagement, and community building into a single platform.

For many years, dive centres have relied heavily on paper records, spreadsheets, messaging applications, and manual processes to manage bookings, equipment inventories, trip scheduling, customer records, and finances. These outdated methods often result in inefficiencies, increased administrative workload, and a higher risk of errors. DiveMeg was developed to address these challenges and provide a smarter, more efficient way for the diving community to operate.

Designed by divers for divers, DiveMeg empowers dive centres to manage their entire operations through a single dashboard. From trip creation and online bookings to automated invoicing, instructor and agency payouts, equipment tracking, and operational analytics, the platform enables dive operators to focus more on delivering exceptional diving experiences and less on administrative tasks.

The platform is founded by Dr. Zhao Chen Pei, a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, technical diver, freediver, and ocean conservation advocate, together with Lee Jian Chee, a passionate recreational diver, water sports coach, and marketing strategist. Their combined experience in diving operations, education, community engagement, and digital innovation has shaped DiveMeg into a solution that addresses real challenges faced by the diving industry today.

Speaking at the launch, the founders shared their vision of creating a connected and sustainable future for diving.
