Huawei’s MateTV 2 lineup brings apps, games, video calls and drawing to the living-room screen. The smaller family uses 144Hz VA panels; the 110-inch Max uses a 120Hz IPS panel. Edition and size also determine 3D playback and speaker configuration.
Huawei’s China event page lists the standard 65-inch MateTV 2 from RMB 9,999 (about US$1,491) and the 110-inch MateTV 2 Max from RMB 64,999 (about US$9,695).
Price: RMB 9,999 (about US$1,491) for the standard 65-inch MateTV 2; RMB 64,999 (about US$9,695) for the 110-inch MateTV 2 Max. Where to buy: MateTV 2 at Huawei VMall · MateTV 2 Max at Huawei VMall. China listings.

MateTV 2 sizes and editions
The standard MateTV 2 comes in 65-, 75-, 85- and 98-inch sizes. The Pro edition starts at 75 inches and adds 85- and 98-inch options. Huawei also lists a 悦享版 edition in 65-, 75- and 85-inch sizes.
All appear on the same specification page with 4K resolution, MiniLED backlighting, a 144Hz refresh rate and HarmonyOS 7.0. The processor is listed as Kirin T92. Standard and 悦享版 models have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, while the Pro gets 12GB and 256GB. Some of that storage is occupied by system software.
Huawei lists a 36.9mm body thickness, a slim wall mount with a 5mm gap, and hidden cable storage.
Huawei rates standard and Pro peak brightness at up to 5,000 nits. Black Diamond panel branding is limited to 98-inch variants; the 悦享版 lacks the low-reflection screen treatment.
3D is a size-dependent feature
Huawei describes a separate HonghuVivid picture-processing chip and a 3D engine that can handle supported 3D content and render a 3D effect from 2D video. On MateTV 2, that feature is limited to the 98-inch models.
The 98-inch models’ 3D feature requires compatible glasses and supported content in Huawei Video and Douyin.
Standard MateTV 2 has 2.2-channel speakers. Pro adds a 3.2.2-channel arrangement with center and height channels, plus a bundled Lingxi hover controller. The Lingxi stylus is sold separately.
The 110-inch Max
MateTV 2 Max moves to a 110-inch, 4K MiniLED display. Its specification sheet lists an IPS LCD panel at 120Hz, rather than the 144Hz VA panels in the smaller family. Huawei claims 6,000-nit peak brightness and a 0.5% low-reflection coating. The Max also has 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage and a 3.1.2-channel HUAWEI SOUND system.
The Max measures about 2.47 meters wide and weighs 96 kilograms without its stand. Its 3D mode also requires compatible glasses and supported content.

Connections and casting
Both lines have two HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, optical audio, 100Mbps Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.2. Max assigns ARC/eARC to HDMI 2, leaving one other HDMI input when an eARC sound system is connected.
The built-in camera has an automatic cover. Huawei supports video calls and promotes phone, tablet and computer connections for app handoff and casting, with supported apps and compatible devices determining what works. Its 4K MeeTime calling claim specifically applies to calls between MateTV-series screens.
Casting carries separate conditions: the source must offer 4K and the relevant video-service membership must support it. Some demonstrated apps are preview versions. The 3D smart-home dashboard also requires a compatible Huawei whole-home setup and assistance configuring it.
