I grew up with the General Lee, and Ramen Toy’s $270 Tiger Orange giftset has my attention

I grew up with The Dukes of Hazzard, so my first reaction to Ramen Toy’s Tiger Orange 2.0 was pretty simple: just take my credit card. An orange General Lee-inspired car with three matching figures is exactly the sort of thing that can turn a quick look at a preorder page into a much longer one.

The appeal goes beyond the familiar paint job. This is a 1:12-scale vehicle measuring 49cm long, with opening doors, a detailed engine bay, working lights and room for four six-inch figures. The early-bird prices are $200 for the car, $80 for the Good Ol’ Boys figure pack, or $270 for the giftset. There’s a substantial wait involved, though: delivery is currently estimated for 2027.

A display car with plenty to open and adjust

At roughly 19 inches long, the Tiger Orange 2.0 needs more than a spare corner of a desk. Its 18cm width and 14cm height make the scale easier to picture, especially if you already collect six-inch figures. The body uses ABS and PVC with a gloss-orange finish.

The new tooling includes a Mopar engine, roll cage and CB antenna. Opening the hood or positioning the figures inside gives you several ways to display it rather than leaving it permanently parked at the same angle. The trunk also opens, the front wheels steer, and the seats can be positioned.

The dashboard, headlights and taillights illuminate. There’s a steady-light mode as well as a flickering mode with engine sounds and the manufacturer’s ‘Dixie Hound’ sound effect. Power comes through USB-C with a battery pack that isn’t included, so plan for that if you want the lights on in your display.

Optional Inferno and Interchange packs offer different combinations of compatible hoods, wheels and rear-light sections. Those extras are separate purchases, rather than parts you should expect in this giftset.

The figures make this the set I’d look at first

The Good Ol’ Boys and Dixie pack contains three articulated figures, approximately six inches tall, designed to fit the car’s interior. Ramen Toy uses PVC and POM for the figures, with sculpted clothing and printed details.

For me, the car and figures belong together. That’s what makes the $270 giftset more tempting than buying the vehicle alone. At the current early-bird prices, buying the $200 car and $80 pack separately totals $280, so the giftset saves $10 before shipping.

These are prototype promotional pictures, and the final products can change. The recognizable TV inspiration is clear, but the product pages don’t establish an official Dukes of Hazzard licensing relationship.

Check the delivery estimate before placing that preorder

The manufacturer currently gives the car, giftset and standalone figure pack an expected delivery of Q2 2027. Check the current estimate for your chosen version before ordering, particularly if you’re planning to buy the car and figures separately.

Additional exhaust, seat and wheel tooling is tied to preorder stretch goals. Treat those upgrades as conditional unless the specific tier has been confirmed; they shouldn’t be the reason you assume the finished product will include every detail shown in the promotional material.

Early-bird pricing is advertised through the end of October 2026. Shipping is calculated at checkout, P.O. boxes aren’t supported, and the product pages specify a $15 cancellation fee. My enthusiasm is real, but this is a long-lead preorder, not something that’ll be on my shelf next week.
