Nick Bosa’s model girlfriend Ella flaunts abs in all-black outfit for Broncos vs 49ers

The 49ers are without their top pass rusher against the Broncos, as Nick Bosa remains sidelined with a calf injury.

But that doesn’t mean Bosa’s model girlfriend, Ella Ailiff, is missing out on Sunday’s action.

She posted a photo to her Instagram Story in which she’s rocking a fitted black 49ers crop top that showed off her midriff. She paired it with matching black jeans, slim black sunglasses, and contrasting a pair of white heels to finish the look.

Bosa also posted a video in which she’s dancing in the outfit to her TikTok story.

Ailiff has had some tough luck when it comes to watching Bosa play in person. The couple went official with their relationship late in 2025, after Bosa suffered a torn ACL that kept him sidelined for the remainder of San Francisco’s season last year.

Bosa’s first game this season was in Australia, then Ailiff got to watch him at home against the Dolphins in Week 2 before the calf injury has kept him sidelined for the past two games.

Bosa isn’t expected to miss much more time, which bodes well for the 49ers and for Ailiff.
