ITV I'm A Celebrity viewers predict first eviction as tensions flare in camp

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here fans are seemingly certain about who will be the first to depart the Australian jungle.

In tonight's episode, tension escalated when Alan Halsall and Dean McCullough clashed over camp tasks. Observing Jane gathering firewood solo, Alan opted to nudge Dean awake as they were slated to team up for the chore.

Dean emerged from slumber, grudgingly responding to the abrupt awakening. As Alan conveyed his reluctance, "You don't fancy it? No?", he then continued to aid Jane, with Dean eventually joining and sparking a verbal tiff.

"You can go back now," Dean directed at Alan, who claimed he was trying to stay cordial. An irritated Dean retorted, "Listen to me. If you're gonna wake me up, you need to give me a minute, alright?

"It takes a couple of minutes for my contact lenses to get back working again, alright, so you don't need to turn around to me and say 'do you not fancy it? ' ok? And then turn around and walk away."

Alan attempted to explain, "I've listened to you, Jane was halfway down here, that's why I went...", only for Dean to cut in: "Ok, I get that, but you need to give me a minute, mate.", reports the Express.

The exchange did not resolve amicably, leaving viewers irate at Dean's attitude and vocally advocating for his early exit.

One viewer expressed their frustration by tweeting: "I'm sorry, but who does Dean think he is? ! he's actually so rude. #ImACeleb," while another showed support for Alan with the words: "100% respect for @alanhalsall tonight on #imaceleb. What a fantastic example he's setting for his daughter, didn't rise to Dean being in his face, apologised even though he wasn't in the wrong and walked away. Dean needs to get a grip, he knew what he was signing up for!"

The revelation that Dean had been chosen for the next trial alongside Coleen Rooney led to an immediate response from fans who clamoured for his exit.

One commenter said: "The ONLY time anyone should be voting for Dean is when we're voting for people to leave. #imaceleb," whilst another questioned: "When can we start voting for Dean to leave asking for a friend #ImACeleb."

Another post read: "Can Dean leave already #ImACeleb," and a different viewer declared: "When can we vote out because dean needs to leave #imaceleb." A fifth wrote: "Urgh! #dean has to be the 1st to go. Such a diva. Oh and -Leave Tyrone alone! #ImACeleb."
