Zoopla has released its top five most viewed properties in Liverpool from the month of March. It is clear to see why home buyers were eager to look at the homes as all have so much potential and can be the perfect home for families. One home, which was listed as second most viewed by Zoopla is located in Kensington.

The property located on Guion Street is currently on the market for £100,000. It is a three bed semi-detached home in the L6 area of the city. The description of the property from Zoopla describes it as being in the "heart" of Kensington.

A full description said: "It is an ideal location for local schools, shops and near to Newsham Park. It comprises of an entrance hall, downstair WC, open plan lounge and kitchen diner.
