For those well-versed in the world of fragrances, Estée Lauder is undoubtedly a staple brand in their perfume collection. The luxury beauty brand launched its first perfume - Youth Dew - in the early 60s and it remains a popular choice for shoppers due to its timeless aroma.

Today, Estée Lauder is renowned for its 'summer in a bottle' Bronzed Goddess Skinscent, Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia Eau de Parfum and its Sensuous Ea de Parfum. A 50ml bottle of the currently sold-out Sensuous would typically cost you £70 on the Estée Lauder website, if you can manage to get your hands on it, that is.

Luckily, we've discovered a way to bag it with a hefty discount of nearly £37. At present, Amazon is selling a bottle of the fragrance for £33.20, offering a saving of 52% compared to buying it directly from Estée Lauder.

Described as an oriental woody fragrance, Sensuous was launched in 2008 by master perfumer, Annie Buzantian. Annie has crafted a number of popular scents over her five-decade career including Look by Vera Wang, Decadence by Marc Jacobs and Emporio Armani White For Her by Giorgio Armani.

Sensuous is composed of enticing lily notes, magnolia and jasmine petals at the top with robust notes of molten wood and amber at the heart. The base introduces sandalwood, black pepper, juicy mandarin pulp and honey, creating a warm, luminous and feminine fragrance that's perfect for wearing throughout autumn and winter, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Estée Lauder's Sensuous perfume is racking up the accolades on Amazon, boasting over 2,280 five-star ratings from delighted customers. In the glowing reviews, one shopper shared: "I love this perfume. If you are looking for a really nice smell or a lovely gift for someone I would recommend this 1000 times over."

Another shopper said: "I just love this perfume and, in my opinion, it's Estée Lauder's best apart from Youth Dew. Youth Dew is far too heavy for daytime, this one is perfect and smells so unique. I've never ever smelt anything else like it. Because of my temperamental skin which makes it difficult for any perfume to smell good on me, this one, however, I've fallen in love with."

A third loyal fan added: "I've been wearing this perfume since I was 17 and I'm now 24, it is simply the nicest perfume I've ever smelt. I get so many compliments and I love how it is strong yet not overbearing. It will never go out of fashion and it's a smell for any age."

However, amidst the high praise, a three-star review pointed out a potential downside, noting that Sensuous may not be as enduring as some would like. A shopper said: "This perfume is lovely but is not long lasting. It has quite a subtle scent and ideal for every day use."

Yet another customer was all compliments for their latest Estée Lauder find. The shopper added: "Beautiful perfume, great for day and night wear. I have worn this perfume since 2009 and receive compliments constantly, with many asking for the name. Highly recommended."

Amazon is also selling Calvin Klein My Euphoria Eau de Parfum 100ml at a 36% discount, now £57.50 from £90. Also available on the site is the bestselling Vera Wang Princess Eau de Toilette for Women, 100ml which is down to £20.35 from £60, saving you 66%.
