If everyone driving knew how to drive it would be awesome. If we add driving defensively and courteously then it would make a huge difference.

Calisthenics. There’d certainly be no obesity and a severe drop in health problems. Also exercise does wonders for mental health so that would certainly be on the decrease. Also exercise helps you think better, so people may get a little smarter.
Common sense and critical thinking are my #2 and #3.
