Vehicle impounded as Kildare driver shows litany of driving offences

Naas Roads Policing Unit were on proactive patrol in Moone, Co. Kildare recently when they stopped a vehicle with no insurance, no tax and no NCT.
The motorist failed to have one single document in order - the vehicle was impounded immediately.
The driver now faces court for the serious offence of driving without insurance.
Fixed Charge Penalty Notices (FCPNs) were issued for No Tax and No NCT: (€120 fine and three penalty points.)

A garda spokesperson stated: “This is not a 'minor issue'. This is a reckless driver who chose to put every other road user at risk.
“We will keep hunting these offenders down. Every single time.
“Drive without the proper documents and you WILL be caught. You WILL lose your car. You WILL end up in court. And you WILL pay the price.
