According to KCC, traffic in the area will be monitored once it opens and the council will "engage with developers as future development projects enter the planning process to assess their impact on the road network.”

Cllr Bill Clear asked if KCC has prepared or drafted any traffic management plans for St. Corban’s Lane and Loch Bui “given the opening of the road at Sarah Flood’s, the planned opening of the Naas Shopping Centre car park, the ongoing development at St Corban’s School, and the likelihood of further significant development in the area.”
