However, one customer was disappointed: "This short toothbrush I find awkward to hold. You can't tell when it is charging and when it's full, or even when it's ready to be charged. The noise to alert you to go to the next quarter of your mouth is very similar to other noises it makes, so I get muddled where I am in my routine and end up finishing the whole thing. Generally it makes a horrible loud noise that reminds me of a road drill. The instructions are non verbal and could be much more helpful. I wish I hadn't bought this model."
