Marks and Spencer shopper snaps up £45 jumper and says 'what more could you want?'

A shopper described a Marks and Spencer jumper as 'bright and cosy' and said: "What more could you want" Others also waxed lyrical about the 'gorgeous' Wool Blend Pointelle Jumper, declaring it was 'absolutely perfect'.

M&S said the the Wool Blend Pointelle Jumper from its Per Una collection was "designed to make a statement" with its "voluminous" blouson sleeves. The retailer said the jumper was "in demand" and "selling fast".

Costin £45, the Wool Blend Pointelle Jumper was available in three different colours - dark green, chilli red and light rose pink - and sizes XS to XL. In the reviews section it had earned a respectable 4.4 star rating based on feedback from 30 shoppers.

Claire said the Wool Blend Pointelle Jumper was her "favourite", adding: "I love cosy jumpers, however don't like anything that feels too heavy, so this jumper is absolutely perfect - lightweight, cosy and absolutely gorgeous. I am around size 10 (although can be 8 or 12), so ordered small which is just right."

Carmel's review of the Wool Blend Pointelle Jumper read: "Lovely, cosy jumper. Bright colour is perfect for autumn/winter." A similar review from Saff said: "Bright and cosy - what more could you want from a winter jumper!" Nicola added: "Great jumper. Lovely colour and interesting pattern."

Rachel said: "Lovely jumper in a vibrant shade of red. Really warm and cosy and goes beautifully with denim and leopard print. Knocked off a star because it has started to pill slightly after only one wear. Sizing is a little generous - I’m a size 12 and would normally take an M in M&S but I could have sized down to an S for a neater fit. Overall very pleased though and I can see the jumper will get lots of wear this season." Sandy gave the Wool Blend Pointelle Jumper three stars and said: "The colour and pattern is very lovely but it is very wide and the neckline is tight."
