AH Real Deal: LG's 48-inch B4 OLED Crashes to $699

While it’s Amazon’s big Prime Day sale, other retailers are having competing sales, including Best Buy. Who has the LG 48-inch B4 OLED TV for just $699. This is a crazy good deal and the cheapest we’ve ever seen for the B4 series. Amazon, by contrast, does not even carry the 48-inch model.

The B4 is LG’s entry-level OLED lineup for 2024, so this isn’t the best OLED on the market, but it is still OLED. And OLED is still king. LG makes some of the best OLED TVs on the market, and the B4 is no exception. At 48-inches, this model would be really great for using as a monitor on a desk, with those inky blacks.

As mentioned, this is an OLED, so it’s a stunning TV, with stunning picture quality to go along with it. Once you get an OLED TV, you’ll never want to go back.

Internally, this runs on LG’s webOS, yes that webOS. It does have support for all of the apps that you would expect to see. That includes Netflix, YouTube TV, Sling TV, Fubo and much more. It also has support for Google Cast and Apple AirPlay 2, allowing you to use either ecosystem with this TV.

If you’re in the market for a smaller OLED TV, maybe for a bedroom or office, then this is a really great option, especially at this price.
