LETTER: Nixon anecdote is relevant today

Some years ago, there was a story of a staunch Democrat who had a large photo of Richard Nixon displayed in his shop. When asked about it, he replied that it was not a picture of Mr. Nixon, it was a portrait of the president of the United States. This, in a nutshell, is the difference between Democrats then and today’s Democratic communists.

If Republicans want to prevent Nevada from becoming the People’s Republic of East California, they will have to do the one thing they have been strangely averse to doing in the past. That one thing is to vote.
