Alo Expands Their Luxury Bag Collection With New Campaign by Steven Meisel

Alo has really and truly taken over. It seems like every other week the fitness-turned-fashion, lifestyle, and luxury accessories brand is launching new products with high-profile names like Bella Hadid and Kylie Jenner, shot by some of the most famous and (we’re assuming) expensive photographers in the world like Mert & Marcus and the king of fashion imagery himself, Steven Meisel.
Meisel is back again this season for the launch of Alo’s expanded luxury bag line modeled by five of the industry’s biggest names: Alo regulars Candace Swanepoel, Amelia Gray, and Daiane Sodré together with newcomers to the brand Ming Xi and Natasha Poly.
“Building on the iconic visual language of our first bag campaign, we wanted to evolve the story through new faces, unexpected propping, and a greater sense of movement,” says Summer Nacewicz, Alo’s executive vice president of marketing & creative. “Steven brought an energy to the imagery that feels both sexy and inherently sporty—capturing the confidence, magnetism, and momentum that define the women who carry these bags.”
This season introduces a new silhouette to Alo’s growing bag lineup: the Unwind Cinch, which appears alongside new leather mesh fabrication to the brand’s popular Tranquility Tote and Voyage bags.
“Taking something sporty and reimagining it in a more sophisticated and elevated way feels inherently Alo,” says Abby Gordon, Alo’s chief design & merchandising officer. “We were inspired by one of the most prominent fabrications in our line, mesh; and wanted to interpret it in leather to create something entirely new. It brings the energy and movement of performance into a fabrication that is refined and modern, creating a balance of sport and luxury that is distinctly ALO.”
The Fall 2026 collection also marks Alo’s entry into small leather goods, extending the brand’s leather accessories offerings beyond handbags for the first time.
Handcrafted in Italy using the same premium materials and meticulous construction as the handbag collection, the assortment includes a card holder, zip card holder, zip around wallet, passport cover, and small crescent pouch.
To celebrate the launch, Alo will offer complimentary customization with the purchase of small leather goods at select stores on September 19 and 20, including locations in Beverly Hills, Rockefeller Center, Miami Design District, Dosan, and Regent Street.
The Fall 2026 accessories collection will be available for pre-sale on September 9 and for purchase on September 16, 2026 at Alo stores worldwide and on Alo.com.
