AICTEC launches e-voting ahead of OGM

Riyadh - Mubasher: Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) announced the commencement of e-voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM).

The move allows shareholders to cast their votes remotely ahead of the first meeting scheduled for 25 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The e-voting began at 1:00 a.m. on 21 June 2026 through the Tadawulaty platform and will remain available until the conclusion of the meeting.

ACITEC encouraged shareholders registered in Tadawulaty to participate in the voting process, noting that registration and voting services are provided free of charge. 

The company added that a live broadcast of the meeting will be available through the Tadawulaty system.

Earlier in June 2026, the board of AICTEC invited shareholders to attend and vote at the general assembly meeting.
