Miral Dental Clinics begins e-voting ahead of OGM

Riyadh — Mubasher: Miral Dental Clinics Company commenced its electronic voting for its shareholders regarding the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM).

The voting period began at 1:00 on 11 October and will remain open until the end of the scheduled assembly session.

The OGM is scheduled to take place at 18:30 on Thursday, 15 October. The meeting will be conducted via modern technology at the company’s headquarters in the Olaya district of Riyadh.

Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty platform can access the voting services free of charge.

The company confirmed that a live broadcast of the assembly will be available through the Tadawulaty system. This announcement follows an initial invitation issued on 22 September.
