Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced the award of a framework agreement from the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) for the supply of software licenses.

The agreement covers a unified framework for information systems related to AI, data management, and operating systems.

The company stated that the award was finalized on 11 October 2026.

Under the terms of the deal, the total contract value will be determined by subsequent purchase orders issued between the two parties.

This strategic agreement aims to streamline the procurement of critical technology infrastructure for government projects through the EXPRO platform.

The contract is expected to be officially signed on 10 November. MIS confirmed there are no related parties involved in this transaction.

The company did not disclose specific financial projections, as the ultimate value depends on the volume of future purchase orders carried out under the framework.
