Letter to the editor: Push back on Jew-hater Carlson

OPINION:

Joseph Curl’s commentary on Tucker Carlson’s interview with the New York Times uncritically propagates the lies and smears Mr. Carlson spews against President Trump and the state of Israel (“The Tucker pivot: Why the MAGA cheerleader turned on Trump,” Web, May 6).

Mr. Carlson has been exposed as a charlatan and a fake revisionist of world history and religion by scholars such as Andrew Roberts and Washington Times columnist Everett Piper, to name just two. In Mr. Carlson’s world, Churchill was the villain of World War II and Shariah has many positive attributes.

Notice that Mr. Carlson is now the darling of leftist outlets such as the New York Times and BBC, both of which are noted for their vicious anti-Zionism and generous offering of their platforms to antisemites.

Mr. Curl simply summarizes Mr. Carlson’s talking points with no pushback. Very disappointing.
