Warm Saturday, sunny Sunday, and up to 25°C in the Netherlands next week

This weekend is set to bring some sunshine and dry spells, Weeronline reports. However, as the rain bands will move through, periods of showers will also occur. Next week, local temperatures of up to 25 degrees are also likely.

Saturday is expected to be dry and sunny, but isolated showers are possible. Temperature highs will run from 19 to 20 degrees Celsius in the south and around 22 degrees in the north locally. A rain band will be moving through the country, and so the temperatures are expected to drop once rain arrives.

Saturday evening and the night into Sunday will see intermittent rain. A brisk wind will keep overnight lows from falling much below 14 degrees Celsius.

Sunday morning will start with clouds and rain in the south and southeast. Elsewhere, the sun will break through. The country is expected to stay dry except for a local shower. Highs are expected to stay at around 17 and 19 degrees, accompanied by a moderate west wind.

Next week, the weather could switch to late-summer conditions. Due to high pressure, it will be largely dry with light winds and consistent sunshine.

Early in the week the weather is set to stay at around 19-22 degrees. However, temperatures of up to 25 degrees locally in the south are also possible later in the week.
