Rant and Rave: Reader’s lost cellphone returned

RAVE to the nice person who turned in my lost cellphone at the Polyclinic downtown. What a relief to get it back!

RANT to how dingy the Capitol in Olympia looks. There are sprays that get rid of mold. Maybe they could get some wealthy donors and companies to pay half the cost for the cleanup. Good for PR.

RAVE to the letter carriers of the U.S. Postal Service for their HARD work last Saturday during the annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive. These carriers (a lot of whom have walking routes) don’t get any extra help but have to pick up multiple heavy bags of canned goods along their route. The local food banks really count on these donations!

RANT to those few neighbors who complain about cars honking to acknowledge our protest signs for two hours a month.
