Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) launched a six-week local induction training program for 19 Operator-cum-Technician (OCT) and Attendant-cum-Technician (ACT) trainees. Chief Guest Manish Jalota, Chief General Manager (Learning and Development), inaugurated the program, urging trainees to embrace safety and
