He made no mention of possible casualties in the incident.</p><p>Reuters was able to verify the Dashan tanker by the design of the deck, cranes and structures that matched the file imagery.</p><p>The location and date were confirmed at the Black Sea by corroborating reports from the Security Service of Ukraine and ship tracking data. </p></body>
