The recently announced Hajj 2027 policies by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah clearly indicate that the era of a one-year preparation cycle for participating countries is over. A new operational reality has emerged, and Nigeria must quickly adjust its Hajj administration model to fit this changing landscape.
