Technology-based road toll collection systems have been implemented at toll gates along the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway, according to reports. On May 27, Deputy Minister for Construction U Myo Myint visited toll gates along the Nay Pyi Taw–Yangon section of the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway to inspect the road toll collection systems and related technological operations.
