Three Pakistanis teamed up with four Indians based in Canada to defraud Canadian banks using AI-generated passports and photographs, officials in Pakistan said. The racket was exposed by Pakistan's cybercrime agency, which said the suspects created fake identities, opened bank accounts remotely and exhausted credit card limits before discarding the cards.
