An IIT Bombay study has supported combining Bengaluru’s proposed Hebbal tunnel with an elevated corridor to ease congestion. IISc and other transport experts have challenged the study’s data, modelling and assumptions, widening scrutiny of the project’s traffic and environmental impact.
