“We are not sure which agency is responsible for digging the roads. There is no board indicating the name of the agency and the purpose. We are not against digging roads to lay OFC (Optical Fibre) cables. We urge the authorities concerned to ensure restoration of the roads that are dug up,’’ said Nageswara Rao R, a resident.
