Four including history-sheeter held for stealing laptop and mobile phones
The CMBT police have arrested four persons, including a history-sheeter, involved in 58 robbery and chain-snatching cases, for allegedly assaulting and robbing a software engineer of his laptop and mobile phones near Arumbakkam.
