Not Checking The Labels

Always check the labels of the food you buy. Keep a track of the calories, carbs and protein going into your body. Oftentimes, ‘healthy’ companies can mislead you into buying unhealthy options. ‘Low Fat’ food items usually have extra added sugar in them to improve their taste. So simply buying food items is a no-no, always check the labels.

Not Varying Your Workouts

Doing the same workout over and over again gets your body used to the exercise and burns lesser calories every time you repeat it. Vary your workouts to work on different parts of your body and at different intensities to get your body worked up and burn that extra fat.

Not Watching What You Drink
What you are not eating, might be what you are drinking! Does that yogurt smoothie have too much sugar? Or did you have two soft drinks with your salad today? Drinks usually go unnoticed but add a lot to your diet. Watch what you drink and how much you drink.

Not Sleeping Enough

Having a restful 7-8 hours of sleep is vital for weight loss. The less you sleep, the more tired your system will be and a habit like that could have adverse effects. A tired system results in a tired digestion, tired metabolism and hampered health. So make sure you get those Zs.

Taking Too Much Stress

According to Luke Coutinho, the founder of ‘You Care’, stress leads to a rise in cortisol levels (stress hormone) and adrenaline. Over time, this leads to a hormonal imbalance, which has every connection with body fat, fertility, loss of bone density, and most importantly, estrogen dominance - the main reason behind stubborn belly fat.
