Jumbo recalls own-brand mozzarella, ricotta, and burrata after refrigeration problem

Jumbo is recalling some varieties of mozzarella, ricotta, and burrata from its own brand. Due to possible refrigeration problems, the best-before date on the packages is now unreliable.

The cheeses might have spent too much time unrefrigerated. The mozzarella being recalled includes the Jumbo-brand cheese in standard, mini, and maxi packages.

Jumbo burrata and Jumbo brand ricotta are also being withdrawn.

Customers who recently bought the cheeses may return them to the store and will get a full refund. The store’s website includes the specific barcodes.
