'Yellowstone' Cast: Where Are They Now Amid Multiple Show Spinoffs?
· The Fresno BeeThe Yellowstone cast has continued to find success after the hit Paramount Network show came to an end - with some even scoring spinoffs.
Yellowstone, which ran from 2018 to 2024, became an overnight success for its story about the conflicts along the shared border of a large cattle ranch, the Broken Rock Indian reservation and land developers. Kevin Costner was the initial draw as John Dutton, but soon viewers were tuning in for the show's other leads - including Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Gil Birmingham, Cole Hauser and Kelsey Asbille.
While Yellowstone was still releasing new episodes on Paramount Network, creator Taylor Sheridan was already making plans to expand with prequels 1883 and 1923. The series orders continued with shows set in the present day, including Marshals and The Dutton Ranch.
There are also two shows - 1944 and 6666 - that have been announced but remain in production limbo. While 1944 was picked up for a full season, there haven't been major updates since, and 6666 has been put on hold for the foreseeable future.
Amid Yellowstone's expansion, some of the show's alums returned to the TV franchise while others moved on. Keep scrolling to see where each Yellowstone cast member is now:
