Video. Watch: The moment Azerbaijan Airlines plane crashed in Kazakhstan

An Azerbaijani airliner has crashed in the Kazakhstani city of Aktau with Kazakhstan’s Emergency Ministry now saying that at least 28 people survived the crash, and more than 30 are likely dead. Four bodies have been recovered. Watch the footage from the scene here.
