Control Resonant Panopticon Service Request quest guide

The Panopticon Service Request quest in Control Resonant is a complicated one. If you don't pay complete attention, you'll miss the vital information you'll need to complete it. Between fixing the terminal and relocating the radio, there are a couple of places to get stuck, so follow these steps to complete Control Resonant's early quest.

How to fix the terminal in Control Resonant

After getting the quest introduction from Langston, head inside the Panopticon, where you'll find a terminal in a small room on the left. You'll then speak to Langston via the terminal, and you'll need to "do some reassembling."

First, there'll be a box on the floor behind you that you can pick up. Grab it and drop it into the terminal you were just at.

Then, there's another of those boxes in the main test room of the Panopticon. Head to the far right corner, close to the note you can read on the box, grab it, and then put that into the terminal, too.

Where to put the satellite dish

Then, there's a satellite dish you need to reattach, but you don't attach it to the terminal. Instead, from the middle of the test room, looking at the room with the terminal in, you need to get on top of the glass box to the left. Then, you can attach the dish to the mount up there.

How to move the radio in Panopticon Service Request

You then need to move the radio in cell B-02, but the cells aren't numbered correctly. The cells have been numbered anticlockwise instead of clockwise, so they're in the opposite order to what they should be. You need to give Langston the cell number D-04, which will open the correct cell for the radio to be placed in.

Now, you need to move the radio, but it's not as simple as picking it up and putting it somewhere else. When you put the radio down in the open cell, it'll disappear and reappear somewhere else in the room after a few seconds.

Langston told you that you need to listen out for The New York World's Fair broadcast. Only when that message is playing can you pick up the radio and place it in the cell without it disappearing.

The radio will be playing that message when it appears on the ground in the central yellow square, outside the cell you want to place it in. Any other position, and it won't work. Wait for it to appear there after unsuccessful attempts, and then grab it and place it in the cell. If it's playing the correct message, the quest will complete.
